Personal & Small Group Coaching Program Options:

Level 1: Small Group or Individual – $450-$650/Mo. 3 month minimum:

  • Heed Your Calling Manifesto – Personal Navigation Map & Action Plan
  • Leading From Your Strengths Assessment/Profile®
  • Transformational Leadership® Course & TLOD Interactive Platform
  • Minimum of 1 Monthly Video Call (or meet-up if local), (+) 1 Weekly Phone Call, Email/Text Communication

Post Coaching Term Follow-Up Support:

  • 1 Month Follow-up Support – Minimum of 2 calls, email / text support.

*Level 2: Small Group or Individual – $750-$950/Mo. 6 month minimum:

  • Heed Your Calling Manifesto – Personal Navigation Map & Action Plan
  • Leading From Your Strengths Assessment/Profile®
  • Transformational Leadership® Course & Interactive Platform
  • Minimum of 2 Monthly Video Calls (or meet-ups if local) (+), 2 Weekly Phone Calls, Email/Text Communication.

Post Coaching Term Follow-Up Support:

  • Ongoing text/email follow-up support for 2 months.
  • 1 Monthly Video Check-Point Call for 2 months.
  •  90-day checkpoint and review, follow-up call.

*Level 3: One-On-One, Business and Personal Life Transformation – $1,500/Month. 6 Month Minimum.

  • Heed Your Calling Manifesto – Personal Navigation Map & Action Plan
  • Leading From Your Strengths Assessment/Profile®
  • 12 Driving Forces Profile®
  • Transformational Leadership® Course & Interactive Platform – 12 month membership.
  • At least 3 Weekly Video Calls (or meet-ups if local), (+) at least 2 Weekly Telephone Phone Calls, Email/Text Communication.
    • Depending on location, may include personal meet-ups instead of video calls.

Post Coaching Term Follow-Up Support:

  • Ongoing text/email follow-up support for 3  months.
  • 2 Monthly Video Check-Point Calls, 2 monthly Telephone calls for 3 months.
  • 9 month checkpoint and review, follow-up calls
